Roboto Slab Font Family

Roboto is a combination of many different items. It has a body which seems more like an amoeba than a work of modernist engineering, and practically all the interesting features from Roboto belong to humanoids with the one straight line–powered typewriter humanoid! But it has round friendly fonts and curves. Such Grotesks actually violate their characters causing inflexibility, Roboto is uncompromising, permitting letters to be sized naturally This produces an artificial reading rhythm more often seen in sans and humanistic typefaces.

The Roboto Slab family is a FaceOptik derivative that connects with the regular Roboto family as well as Yanone Kaffeesatz and possibly Segoe TextStyle.
