Noto Serif Font Family

There are certain characters that computers cannot display due to not having Noto Serif fonts that support them. Small boxes are used to display characters here; we refer to these small squares as “tofu,” and seek to remove them from the web as much as possible; hence the Noto font family was named so.

Noto helps make the web more attractive across platforms, languages and platforms. Noto currently covers over 30 scripts; soon it will cover all Unicode characters.
