Vollkorn Font Family

Vollkorn was my initial attempt at type design. In 2005, I released its Regular version under a Creative-Commons-License and ran its counter for two years; thousands downloaded it over this period for both print and web related matters.

This font was designed to be user-friendly for everyday text applications. Inspired by Renaissance and modern bookfaces, its meaty serifs add lively character.

Use Vollkorn as a body font, title font, heading font or headline font for titles, headings or headlines. Pronounced Follkorn (pronounced follkorn >wholemeal which refers back to Brotschrift).
