Audela is an elegant serif font Family designed in opentype format. What started off as an exercise project for our intern Lea Bruneau back in 2018, gradually evolved into 14 styles of Audela under the watchful supervision of Plamen Motev, Font fabric’s Type Director.
Three years later, Audela has come to be recognized internally as a boundary-pushing font whose name refers to French “au-dela,” or beyond. Audela stands out with striking serifs, fluid letterforms and modern OpenType functions such as Extended Latin and Cyrillic support – among many other distinguishing characteristics.
