Cabin Font is a unison family of humanist sans typefaces with four weights each and authentic italics, inspired by Edward Johnston and Eric Gill; with modern proportions as well as optical changes; it fuses elements from geometric sans fonts like those by Paul Renner to achieve its modern appearance. Although still true to its roots, Cabin stands out by incorporating modern proportions with optical changes, including some geometric features; its distribution of weight remains somewhat boring due to slightly slimmer curves on bottom and top; letters like B,GpQ have now rounded counters; their appearance altered; stem ends curved 10 degrees; middle arms in F and E have been reduced; while M is splashed for maximum impact!
