Comic Sans MS Font

Comic Sans MS Font was developed by Vincent Connare and released in 1994 by Microsoft Corporation as a serif-free informal script typeface inspired by comic book letters. Intended to be used in documents intended for casual use as well as children’s books.

Microsoft introduced this typeface as part of Windows 95 as an extra font included with Windows Plus Pack and eventually as part of Microsoft Comic Chat. Microsoft describes it as an informal yet readable face which has proven popular with people of all ages, who find its design especially comforting.
