Teko Font Family

Typeface open source the Teko is of latin scripts and four weights including: Three are now available five-style varieties including Regular, Medium and Bold Versions (see screenshot below.): twenty-five new Indian font families with the first of its kind character collection.

The Teko font family is specifically focused on use in headlines on screen and other display-sized usage. Design of its five styles was completed as an initial offering.

For any script, display families with extensive character sets are rare. With Indian fonts, however, large character sets are even less common. ITF’s designs are an exception. The Teko typeface features letterforms with low stroke contrast, square proportions and a structure that appears visually simple.

This font is free for personal and commercial use.
